Our website address is beutepro.com. Béute Pro is a skincare brand based in Pakistan; products are formulated and filled on our own floor in Faisalabad.

Information we collect

When you use the contact form on this site, we collect the name, email address and message you submit, so we can reply to you. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address for that purpose only.

Cookies & local storage

This site doesn't use tracking cookies. Your language preference, background-music setting and shopping cart contents are saved in your browser's local storage, on your device only, so they're remembered on your next visit. Clearing your browser data clears them too.

Third-party services

Page fonts are served by Google Fonts. Loading them may send your device's IP address and browser information to Google, under Google's own privacy policy. That is the only third party this site contacts: there are no analytics scripts, advertising pixels or other trackers on any page.

How we use your information

We use the information you send us to respond to your enquiry or fulfil your order, and nothing else. We never pass your email address on to anyone else.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, at any time — except where we're required to keep it for legitimate administrative, legal or security reasons.

Refund & Exchange

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, we can no longer offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility

The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
For hygiene reasons, an opened or used soap, oil or mist can only be returned if it arrived defective or damaged.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items are final sale.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm whether it's approved. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method [CLIENT TO CONFIRM — number of business days]. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived defective or damaged, in which case we cover it.

Exchanges

We only replace items that arrive defective or damaged. Contact us at sales@beutepro.com before sending anything back.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive store credit for the value of the return. If it wasn't marked as a gift, the refund goes to the original purchaser.
