Who we are

Our website address is beutepro.com. Béute Pro is a skincare brand based in Pakistan; products are formulated and filled on our own floor at R&B Industries, with facilities in Karachi and Lahore.

Information we collect

When you use the contact form on this site, we collect the name, email address and message you submit, so we can reply to you. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address for that purpose only.

Cookies & local storage

This site doesn't use tracking cookies. Your language preference, background-music setting and shopping cart contents are saved in your browser's local storage, on your device only, so they're remembered on your next visit. Clearing your browser data clears them too.

Third-party services

Page fonts are served by Google Fonts. Loading them may send your device's IP address and browser information to Google, under Google's own privacy policy. That is the only third party this site contacts: there are no analytics scripts, advertising pixels or other trackers on any page.

How we use your information

We use the information you send us to respond to your enquiry or fulfil your order, and nothing else. We never pass your email address on to anyone else.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, at any time — except where we're required to keep it for legitimate administrative, legal or security reasons.

Shipping Information

We strive to ensure that your orders reach you as soon as possible. After placing an order, you will instantly receive a confirmation e-mail with details of your order. It will then be our priority to swiftly dispatch your order. Usually, all items are sourced from our warehouse and dispatched within 48 hours (provided it is a business day). However, we will let you know via a phone call or SMS if an item is out of stock, and the soonest it can be dispatched.

In Pakistan, we offer a standard shipping charge on all orders of Rs 250, no matter how big or small your package is.

In Lahore, we ship through our in-house service and can offer delivery within 2 business days. You need to contact us if you need a delivery urgently.

For nationwide delivery, we use several courier services.

The projected delivery time for all non-Lahore based orders is 2-4 business days.

For international deliveries you will need to contact us on sales@beutepro.com and we can respond with shipping costs based on your destination.

Unexpected delays may occur with the shipment, and if you don't receive your order within the allotted time, kindly email sales@beutepro.com or WhatsApp us. Make sure you have your order number (provided via email when you place your order) when you contact us.

Exchange Policy

Beute Pro has a 7-day goodwill exchange policy, provided the item is returned to us in time:

• It is in its original packaging
• The seal of each product is intact
• The packaging of the product has not been tampered with

*Please note that items bought during the sale cannot be exchanged or returned unless the product received does not match the product that you have ordered.

How You Can Exchange An Item?

• Email us at sales@beutepro.com and request an exchange.
• Log in the reason for exchanging the item. Make sure to add your order number and the name of the items being exchanged, in the email.
• Send the item back to us in its original packaging and seal intact to: Beute Pro, Attention: Returns Department, Plot # 17, Block B-7, E.P.Z., Karachi, Pakistan.
• We will send your chosen replacement item in exchange to your address.
• You will need to pay any applicable shipping charges for the re-shipment.

Returns Policy

Beute Pro will fully refund or replace any goods purchased if they are found to be faulty or damaged.

If you change your mind about the products you have ordered and decide you no longer wish to use them, your product(s) purchased can be returned to us for a refund under the following conditions:

• Products must be unopened and in the original condition
• Products must be sent back within 7 days from original receipt of goods
• Your proof of purchase / order information must also be included in the return.

How You Can Return An Item

• Take a picture of the item/items that are damaged or faulty and need to be returned
• Email us at sales@beutepro.com to request a return, attach pictures of the product as well.
• Log in the reason for exchanging the item. Make sure to add your order number and the name of the items being exchanged, in the email.
• Send the item back to us in its original packaging and seal intact to: Beute Pro, Attention: Returns Department, Plot # 17, Block B-7, E.P.Z., Karachi, Pakistan.
• We will send you a coupon of the same amount as your returning item.
• You will need to pay any applicable shipping charges for the re-shipment.

Cancellation

If you want to cancel an order, the sooner you inform us the better! We dispatch most orders within 24 hours so be sure to let us know about cancellations at the earliest.

Cancellations depend on whether your order has been shipped or not. Usually, items are shipped within one business day so it is important that you notify us immediately. If you would like to cancel an order, please send an order cancellation request to Beute Pro Customer Services at sales@beutepro.com or WhatsApp us.

*Please note that if your order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it.
